* First time IBULC set up:
Uploading groups of files through your web browser requires downloading and installing a very small (about 1.5 megs) software script from IBULC (www.ibulc.com) . There is no charge for this download.
Please click on the appropriate download below and follow the install instructions. We suggest you create an easy to find shortcut to the program, as it needs to be turned on before uploading photos.
